We provide you with a sound training plan based on your current abilities and progressively adapt your program as you get stronger. We also let you choose between tracking macros, giving you more flexibility to include any foods that you enjoy regularly, or a more rigid plan with a weekly shopping list to help you take the guesswork out of your already busy schedule.

Jessie Casas

I started Bold Strength Fitness because I know what it feels like to get off of work after a grueling 12 hour day and hit the gym, even if you don’t want to. I know how it feels to have only a short break to try to eat a meal before it’s time to get back to the grind. And I know how hard it is to do it all while prioritizing your family and still finding time for personal growth. I am a married father of 5 and I spent over 10 years as a blue-collar worker. When I left the last job that I was working at, I was the highest paid operator in the plant. I left because I realized that my true passion lies in helping others achieve their fitness goals and watching their sacrifices pay off. I also knew I could make it easier for hardworking men and women to achieve their goals because I understand what it takes to get there.

I absolutely love helping people build themselves up. We share tears, losses and failures just as we share victories and “a-ha” moments. I treat everyone I work with like family. That means endless support coupled with the right amount of pushing you to your limits. When we do something at Bold Strength Fitness, we do it together.
